Jean-Pierre CORBEL 160th exhibition

Jean-Pierre CORBEL (Vallon 1974 - 1976) is a teacher of applied art and a passionate photographer. He exhibits some of his strange and poetic pictures, which could be mistaken for abstract oil or acrylic paintings. To obtain his incredible images, he needs to be in the dark with a lighter, a bulb, a flash and a set of blue, green and red filters".

Following Yves HERSENT's departure and at his request, he taught film and video at École des Roches from 1988 to 1990. The following year, photography was added after the retirement of Doth HERSENT, whom he seconded and then succeeded as head of Practical and Artistic Works.

He is a member of the Artistes Français. He was awarded the Prix Louis Lumière in 2009 and the honorary medal of the Salon des Artistes Français in 2011.

Les amis de Châteauneuf is organizing an exhibition 𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐏𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞 𝐂ORBEL " 𝐕𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐥𝐚 𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐞̀𝐫𝐞 " (his 160th exhibition) at the Haute Cornouailleau tourist office.
