Franco-Danish, the daughter of an ambassador and an alumnus of the École des Roches (Fougères 1975-1977), Élisabeth Sandager has a remarkable international profile.

She has made business and brand turnarounds the common thread running through her career. After starting out at l'Oréal, she was also Vice President Marketing at Revlon, Managing Director of Bang & Olufsen France and CEO of Kookaï, before returning to the l'Oréal Group in 2007, where she was President of the Helena Rubinstein and Carita brands, in l'Oréal's Luxury Division. Elisabeth has also been an active supporter of the Helena Rubinstein brand, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Force Femmes Association since 2008. Having recently left the l'Oréal group, she currently works as a Strategic Consultant for various groups, and is also a member of various Boards of Directors, including Groupe Rocher and Casino, as well as a private investor.
